Refund & Service Policy

This policy explains how refunds work across our memberships, digital products, and done-for-you services. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital products, courses, templates, workbooks, and downloadable resources sold by SMART Business Group LLC are non-refundable, because access is delivered immediately upon purchase.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions (Premium and VIP) may be canceled at any time to stop future billing. Charges already processed for prior billing cycles are not refunded. There are no long-term contracts.

Done-For-You Services

Done-for-you services (including but not limited to LLC setup, website builds, and business credit setup) are governed by the terms of their individual service agreement and are non-refundable once work has begun.
