Terms & Agreement

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms govern Your use of the products and services offered by SMART Business Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By joining the community or purchasing any service, You agree to these Terms.

Nature of Services

All services and content provided by SMART Business Group LLC are educational and coaching in nature. Nothing provided constitutes legal advice, tax filing services, or investment advice. Results vary from person to person, and no specific funding amounts, approvals, or business outcomes are guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting all required documents by requested deadlines. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent delivery of services.

Document Deadlines & Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines assume timely responses from the client. Client delays extend delivery timelines accordingly. For example, the 90-day done-for-you website clock pauses when we are awaiting client materials, approvals, or content.

Communication Channels

  • The community platform (Skool) is the primary channel for member questions.
  • General support: info@thesmartbusinessgroup.com.
  • Foundation clients receive email support during their 90-day build.

Payment Terms

The Faith Funded Business Foundation is purchased as a one-time payment or as two scheduled payments. State filing fees are paid separately and directly to the applicable Secretary of State.

Late Fees on Invoiced Services

Invoiced done-for-you services that are more than 10 days past due may incur late fees as specified in the applicable service agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for abuse of community guidelines, harassment of members or staff, or any conduct that violates these Terms.
